We are thrilled to announce that our Annual Fundraising Golf Tournament is back and will take place on Friday, July 12! We warmly invite you to a day of fun and philanthropy. This year, we are raising money for several impactful causes that support veterans and our community.

In the past, the funds we have raised have gone towards a variety of significant initiatives, including:

- Veteran Service Dogs
- Bomb Girl Banners Program
- Veteran Banner Program
- Branch 419 Flagpole
- Continuing Education Awards
- Operation Scugog
- Oak Ridges Hospice
- Poppy Fund

We are seeking hole sponsorships at $100.00 each. Additionally, we would greatly appreciate any raffle and game prize donations.

Leather Keychain Workshop

Join the Scugog Shores Museum for an afternoon of hands on learning. Learn the basics of the heritage craft of leather working by designing your own leather keychain. Participants will stamp, carve, and paint their own leather keychain using various tools and techniques. Join us before your workshop in a tour of the Museum Village and explore the Harness and Cobbler shop to see examples of 1800s leather working and design.

Since 2002, the Scugog Mens’ Hockey League has held an annual golf tournament and to date have raised over $300,000 for local charities.

This year proceeds will go to support Community Care Durham/Scugog, Big Brothers Big Sisters of North Durham, Durham Motorcycle Ride for Dad, Port Perry Legion, and a local family in need.

The tournament will be held on Friday, September 6th at Wolf Run Golf Club.
